Includes two illustrated portrait frontispieces and several illustrations. Inscribed by author to front endpaper: "Faulkner A Simon with kind regards from the author". Light marking, foxing and moderate tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Light cracking to gutters. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright. Large, heavy pale stain to spine. Book has a slight forward lean.
