About the author

Sioni Rodriguez is a fierce advocate for victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Her goal is to both raise awareness, and to instill hope for those harmed by abuse-hope in knowing they can move from "survivor" status to living peaceful and fulfilling lives. She knows they can, because she's done it herself! Sioni has joined with the A Time to Heal, Beyond Survival International Ministry Team, which was founded by Rev. Sue Willis. This International Ministry offers hope and healing for people who have suffered from the trauma of rape, sexual assault, or are survivors of trafficking. Sioni and her husband, Richard Rodriguez, are fully engaged with the prison ministry of their home church in Pennsylvania, and with other ministries that help people in need and at risk. Another mission that's close to their hearts is to spend time enjoying their family and friends.
