New York and London: G. P. Putnam's Sons, 1930. Second printing. Biographies of Michelangelo, Rembrandt and Beethoven. 363 pp. including index, plus six portraits. The spine is slanted and worn at the head. There is a tiny ding on the front board. Otherwise a fine, unmarked copy in a tight binding. The price-clipped dust jacket is edgeworn, with small chips at the spine ends and corners. Small punctures along the front flap fold and one on the spine. The back panel is soiled. In Brodart archival dust jacket protector.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
