About the author

Margaret McNamara is the award-winning author of the popular Robin Hill School books. She is also the author of How Many Seeds in a Pumpkin?, with pictures by Brian Karas, which will be published in fall 2007. An avid cook and a longtime children's book editor, Ms. McNamara lives in New York City.

Nate Wragg was born and raised in the small town of Davis, California. Growing up watching cartoons and drawing every day, he knew from a young age that he wanted to work in animation. So he moved down south to Los Angeles to study animation and design at Cal Arts. He is currently a sketch artist at Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville, California. This is his first picture book.
