Melbourne, 1890. Very good condition. This Melbourne merchant advertised in an 1877 newspaper at the 59 Flinders Street address, with the following copy: "J. W. would call attention of farmers especially to the fact that during the last three years no less than six hundred tons of butter have passed through his hands..." With printed black border, and, down the left hand side: On Sale. Butter, Cheese, Bacon, Eggs, Potatoes, Onions, Hay, Chaff & c. John Warren's business address is 22 (7) Market Street, Melbourne, late of 59 Flinders Street West. Butter and Cheese Exported to all parts of the World in Tins, Cases or Kegs of All Sizes. Cool Cellars for Butter and Cheese. With blank verso on which notations on items and prices is written in pencil. 4 3/8 x 3"
