Includes the calling card of the author Joseph Pulitzer Jr. With five original etchings by Leonard Baskin, printed by hand by Robert Hunsberger. No markings, binding is tight, pages are crisp, etchings are bright. Quarto, 69 pp, quarter black Niger goatskin spine with gilt stamped title, blue paper boards. Five essays by Joseph Pulitzer Jr. on journalism. Grandson of the famous newspaper owner Joseph Pulitzer, born Joseph Pulitzer III, he adopted the Junior designation at his father's death. He was the Chairman of the Pulitzer Prize board at Columbia University, and was the last member of the Pulitzer family to participate.
