1894 London: Macmillan & Co., 1894. First Edition thus. Duodecimo (7-3/8" tall). Bound in dark green cloth with illustrations and titles in gilt, all edges also gilt with black eps. The FC was bent and has verticle wrinkles, moderate spine lean. Moderate water staining on the lower edges of pages (does not intrude upon the text.) Quite scarce.
