The top edges of the bindings are slightly faded & the dust wrappers are rubbed with some small, light stains. xxii & pages [1]-470; and [vi] & pages 471-846 plus colophon. Numerous illustrations in color and black & white. There are a few small stains to the top & bottom edge of Vol. 1. Very good in good dust wrappers. <p>Foreword by J. Carter Brown. Introduction by Holger Cahill.
