This work is a collaboration between John Fowles and Frank Horvat, with beautiful photography of trees paired with Fowles' thoughtful discussions of nature and its relationship with the creative arts and writing. In the publisher's original cloth with the original clipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely with a bookseller's label to the front pastedown. The wrap is excellent with only a very minor closed tear to the head of the front joint, slight marks and very minimal edge wear. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages. Fine
