Later printings in red and aquamarine wraps, very good plus or better condition, 1948, housed in plain tan adjustable book covers to avoid prying eyes and customs officials, as these two were still banned in the United States. The virtue of these wraps, besides evoking a bygone era of government censorship, was to keep the wraps of these fragile editions, which were prone to wear, in superb condition.
