Some stains to page centres in approximately the first third do not affect legibility. A couple of small chips and tears to rear pages. Title continues: "For Conspiring The Death of the King, And raising a Rebellion in this Kingdom: At the Sessions-House in the Old-Baily London, on a Commission of Oyer and Terminer held there for the City of London and County of Middlesex, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 12, 13, and 14. 1683." The defendants were found guilty of conspiring to kill Charles II and his brother, the Duke of York, in the "Rye House Plot."
