Inscription on title page: "With sincerest regards, to Rev. & Mrs. Wright from C. William Beebe, Mary Blair Beebe." [Wife's signature in different handwriting.] Frontispiece is a black and white photo with tissue guard of a Mexican motmot. Dog-eared crease on top corner of title page and on frontispiece. First edition, second state with "C. William" on cover. About a trip to Mexico by the author and his wife. Photographs by author throughout.
