Description

This book was originally published by SMU Press in 1954. It was later published by Barnes and Noble in 1995. This is the Revised SMU Press Edition 1999. The late author, Whitney Harris, was an SMU law professor. He was an officer, in the Navy, in WW II and a prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials. Mr. Harris was, at one time, executive director of the American Bar Association. "Despotism no longer has any place in civil society...The age of empires has passed". The author presents indisputable evidence of the horrific crimes of Adolph Hitler, and irrefutable proof of the reality of the Holocaust. The book is in fine, like new condition. The author has inscribed, dated and signed on the half title page.
