New York: Negro Universities Press, 1969. Hardcover. Fine. Facsimile reprint of the 1909 first edition. A short sketch of the leading features of the South African Constitution, together with a history of the movement that led to the establishment of the Union of South Africa in 1910. Brand served as the secretary to the Transvaal delegates at the South African National Convention. Bound in full brown cloth-covered boards, and issued without a jacket. A fine copy.
