About the author

NANCY DICKMANN is an experienced author and publisher of non-fiction books for children, specializing in science. She has a particular interest in space and has commissioned or written more than a dozen books about the topic, and in doing so has had the privilege to interview astronomers, a spacecraft designer, a Mars rover driver, and even a real live astronaut!

Paul Boston studied illustration and design at Brighton University, England, and is inspired by 1950s children's books, antique maps and diagrams, 17th Century engravings, Gothic art, and Japanese prints. Paul's charming depictions of people and places have been commissioned for global advertising campaigns, publishing projects, and editorial commissions.
