This Corporation Report No. XIX (published in 1947) was part of a series directed by President Roosevelt to analyze the effect of air power and bombing raids during World War II to determine "future economic policies with respect to the national defense." Intelligence, Japanese air depot production graphs, location maps and lists of U.S. attacks against targets are described in detail. First Naval Air Depot (Kasumigaura), Eleventh, Twenty-first (Omura), and Koza Naval Air Depot, and Tachikawa Army Air Arsenal are all reported upon. Many maps and fold out graphs, all in fine condition. Includes a bibliography of survey reports (pg 64-65) "resulting from the Survey's studies of the European and Pacific wars". Some minor tanning to edges of paper wrappers and a barely noticeable fold line to front bottom right corner. Maps and interior without tears or markings.

It acted as a handbook for guerrilla warfare that supplemented Guevara's own manual on the subject. Shortly before Guevara was captured in Bolivia, 1967, Debray (also in Bolivia at the time) was imprisoned, convicted of having been part of Guevara's guerrilla group, and on November 17 sentenced to 30 years in prison. He was released in 1970 after an international campaign for his release which included Jean-Paul Sartre, Andre Malraux and General De Gaulle. This is a leftist publisher who is hard to obtain. Sprache: Spanish, 146pps, some of type is a bit faded.
