Oxford University Press. Used - Good. 1969. Cloth. 8vo. Three volume set. xliv & 593 pp, 342 pp, xxvi & 558 pp plus fold-out map. Edited by F.M. Powicke and A.B. Emden. Some shelf wear to dust jackets, with prominent traces of cellophane tape reinforcement at corners, otherwise protected by acetate covers. Spines somewhat tanned. Previous owner's stamp to bottom edge of text block, front pastedown, title page, and page 99 of each volume. Bindings are tight. Few unobtrusive pencilled margin notes to text which remains otherwise clean and bright. Altogether a set in Good condition. (Subject: Medieval, General History.)
