The quantity of circulation - 303 copies justified, and numbering - №120, a preface paper, splendid table engraved by William Ablett and impressed by Devambez (signed in pencil by the Author), protected by tissue paper, 87 pages, indexes and colophon. Essay on fashion and aesthetics it analysed with the acumen of a scholar and the passionate love. As indicated, copies 4 to 303 were printed on vellum, heavy and rich, the volume is also embellished by seven wonderful paintings (two by Ablett, the other etchings by masters of the past) masterfully imprinted by Devambez. It worthy of great consideration and for the breadth and sharpness of the sage and the presence of the superb page plates. Including William Ablett's Greek scene - etching with aquatint, a painter and engraver. The book is in very good condition, good seams, uncut unopened pages. Exceptionally Rare and Very Important.
