Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.: Holloway House Pub Co, 1967. Dj has small taped repair on lower front edge and tape reinforced lower rear corner. Original price is scraped off. Otherwise dj shows very light rubbing, bumping or shelfwear. Spine is straight with two vertical creases. The interior is unmarked and tight except that it opens easily along one spine crease. Pages are not separated or loose. Believed to be first US and first printing, in that cover states "First Complete and Authentic American Edition", and no internal indication of a later printing.. Unspecified. Mass Market Paperback. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
