Rubbed on ends of spine and tips of lower corners, faint creases on spine, backstrip pulled away slightly at head of spine, pinpoint dot on ffep else pages clean and binding firm. Overall, very good plus. DJ rubbed and chipped along edges, spine rubbed, crease in front upper corner ending in tear (1.5 inch) along fold of front flap. Overall, good. Protected in mylar. Note: heavy book.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good Plus/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
