Some gilt left on framed figures and page ends. The top corner is black and the rest is brown. There is a corner water stain and a lot of foxing. The end page and back board has pencil coloring along with several other pencil markings. 288 pp. This appears to be a later printing of the 1817 edition, with engravings by Devereux. It is an American edition published in Philadelphia by H. C. Peck and Theo. Bliss
