Brown cloth boards with gilt on front and spine. Spine is darkened with spotting to the spine caused by fraying. Top edge dust darkened as well as the corners to the fore edges. Pages are very mildly toned due to age but binding is good, no hinge issues noted. Front end page shows very faint evidence of handwriting along the top edge. Small bookstore advertising label also present
