Folio, original illustrated French-folded wrappers, original acetate and original red cloth bound slipcase. Translated by J.B. Sidgwick, 1958. Text in English
Limited first edition, number 1265 of 2000 copies, with four original black and white lithographs and one fifteen-color double page lithograph entitled " The Road". This volume also includes 37 beautiful color plates. The original lithographs were pulled in Paris by the Mourlot Freres atelier. Mourlot's printing of "The Road" was supervised by the artist in collaboration with Charles Sorlier.
This copy is in very fine condition with the exception of two loose pages before the title page and some slight wear on the slip case.
