London: Heinemann, 1930 Book. Good. Dark Green Cloth Boards. First Edition. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Second part of the story of Mary Hervey, started in 'The Lovely Ship', by Margaret Storm Jameson, drawing on her upbringing in a shipbuilding family. Gilt lettering to spine. Corners and spine bumped, page edges unevenly cut and soiled, with some foxing. Previous owner's name to slightly darkened front endpaper and date stamp to back endpaper. Ink mark on bottom page edges, some marking to margins and security tab with punched hole inside backstrip, otherwise good copy..
