A lavishly produced book printed on quality glossy paper stock and published in1999 at £45 to accompany an exhibition at the Museum under the same title. First Edition 1st impression. The copy offered by us has the added attribute of being inscribed and signed in blue biro by Dr Rice to the title page. Near Fine/ Near Fine (Book- printed name and address label to free front end paper. Newsprint review of the book loosely laid in. Dust Jacket- in a removable proprietary protective sleeve.
