Rob Hensser is director of "the construct," a discipleship and mentoring community for youth, part of the Executive Leadership Team of YWAM (Youth with a Mission) in Melbourne, Australia. As an international youth speaker for YWAM, Rob spends approximately 26 weeks a year speaking to groups of young people from varied cultures and nations. Prior to joining YWAM, Rob was a pastor for eight years. He has ministered in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. Rob's first book with Standard Publishing was Be the Wave. Rob and his wife reside in Melbourne, Australia.
