Second State binding Very good+ in decorated blue cloth covered boards with gilt text stamping and decorations on the spine and front board with the top edge of the text block stained yellow and with illustrated end sheets. With mild spots of staining on the upper edges of the preliminaries to the title page. Without its issued dust jacket. A first edition with copyright page stating "This is a copy of the First Edition" and showing the single printing date of July, 1927. 318 pages of text and illustrated with a frontispiece and plates from black and white photographs.
