Macmillan, 1970. 1st Ptg. . Cloth. Very Good/Fair. Sturdy book, dark blue cloth, very bright gilt lettering on spine, 227 heavy pages. DJ heavy stiff paper, beautiful color-illustration of warrior on front and spine, tiny blue map of U.S. on front also, white back slightly browned overall with ad for "Custer Died for Your Sins." DJ has wide 1/4" tear at bottom front tip, three nicks along top front edge, thin chip along most of bottom front edge, slight surface wear to spine top left edge, tiny chip and very tiny tear at spine bottom left edge and nearby bottom back right. Fair DJ/Very Good book.
