Neil McGaughey (pronounced McGoy; 1951 - 1999) was an author from Mississippi. During the mid-80's, he worked for the Clarion-Ledger, reviewing especially mystery novels, after which he wrote his own. McGaughey received two awards: the Chair Award and the Edgar Committee for Critical or Biographical Work. He was also a member of Mystery Writers of America. EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION in all respects!
