He has been honored multiple times by the Associated Press Sports Editors. He lives in Madison, Georgia. Frank Beamer is the head football coach with Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, also known as Virginia Tech. He has been named Coach of the Year five times between two conferences, and has the most wins of any coach in the history of the school. He lives in Blacksburg, Virginia.
