First edition warmly inscribed in red ink on the half title page by the author and dated 1964 below, very good + hardcover shows some rubbing to cover edges, tiny closed tear at top of front endpaper and some other light trace wear, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows soiling, couple of small closed chips at middle of spine and edgewear that includes some small open chips and chipping and rubbing at spine head. 178 pages. Still a solid signed copy in jacket of this novel from the noted Basque-American author. Inscribed.
