About This Item

New York: St Martin's Minotaur , 2005 . First edition. Cloth. Near Fine/Fine. 8.5" by 5.5". None. A signed, first edition of this exciting work of crime fiction by American author, Duane Swierczynski. This is a first edition of the work, in the original publisher's cloth binding with the original, unclipped dust wrapper. Signed by the author to the title page. Duane Swierczynski is an American crime writer, known for his novels and comic books. He is also editor-in-chief of the Philadelphia City Paper, where he lives and sets many of his novels. This particular work is set in Swierczynski's hometown, telling the story of Lennon, a mute Irish getaway driver, known as The Wheel Man. Lennon has fallen in with the wrong crowd, as they steal his share of the cash and leave him for dead. This novel follows Lennon's unstoppable mission to get his money back and seek revenge on those who have wronged him. In the original publisher's cloth binding with the original, unclipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely, with light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and the odd handling mark. Dust wrapper in excellent condition, with very minor shelf wear only. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Author's ink signature to title page. Near Fine
