The binding is stained, soiled & lightly rubbed & the spine & label are darkened. Half-title, title, [4] leaves & 83 pp. The endpapers are darkened & there is light staining to the fly-leaf & 1 page of the text. B&W title vignette & 10 B&W plates by Robert Seymour together with a facsimile of the original blue paper cover, illustrated by Seymour, of the first edition. Good. <p>First edition.<p>Inscribed by the author on the front endpaper and signed "Saml. W. Lambert".<p>A study of the collaboration between Dickens and the caricaturist Robert Seymour, the first illustrator of the Pickwick Papers.
