Folder is 12x10 inches and contains 14 separate staplebound fascicles and booklets (11x8.5 inches) alleging Soviet encouragement of Nicaraguan and Salvadoran insurgencies, persecution of Catholics, several swipes at Cuba . Folder is a little wrinkled and soiled with an inchlong tear, contents generally untouched.
