Limited de Luxe Edition published simultaneously with first edition - N0. 42 of 600 copies printed for the Collector's Book Club only. Signed by Robert Payne, editor on numbered copy page. Coverboards have light surface wear. Banded spine with gilt lettering. Cloth cover on boards is worn away at right front bottom corner and bottom of spine. A couple pages have light foxing, I think due to a chemical reaction from the blue book mark ribbon attached to the book. Gilt embossed design on front and lettering on spine. Endpapers have decorative, marbelized appearance. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Special Edition. 356 pp.
