Dutton. VG-/G+. 1963. 1st Edition Thus. Hardcover. Very good minus condition with only light usage showing. Brown covers with silver Lipizannaner horse on front. Covers are nice however on rear cover at top edge by spline looks like a small bit of inside dust jacket was stuck to it. Nothing major. Text is clean/tight except for front free endpaper which has a 1 x 1 inch surface damage with small hole in center of it. Looks like a sticker was previously removed. Stunning photos that have been tipped-in throughout book. In total there are over 200 tipped-in and reguar page photos throughout. Pages are not numbered but there are a least over 200 pages which are highly glossed making this book very heavy. Dust jacket has been recently repaired several times fixing the edge tears. Due to size and weight, special handling may be needed. A portion of this sale will go to a local library. Need to send a gift?
