London: Sir Isaac Pitman & Sons, Ltd., (1961)., (1961).. Very good. - Thick octavo, maroon cloth in a dust wrapper. The dust jacket is chipped with a tear to the top edge of its front panel. Its rear panel is soiled. viii & 1593 pages plus ads printed on blue paper. Illustrated with theatre seating plans & with a folding chart of measurements of London stages. The chart is slightly misfolded & the top & front edges of the last panel are creased. Very good in a good dust wrapper.
