Sir Isaac Pitman & Sons, 1947. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1947. 10th edition. 2014 pages. No dust jacket. Purple cloth with gilt titles to spine. Blue subtitle pages. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper. Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book. Fold-out chart heavily creased. Boards have some edge wear, with slight bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are moderately crushed and frayed. Very scratched, rubbed and marked overall. A few liquid droplet marks. Spine is noticeably sunned. Gilt is bright.
