Collins, 1950. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1950. First Edition. 254 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth covered boards with gilt. Pages have mild tanning and foxing throughout, moderate at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Creasing and small tear to front free end paper. Plates are bright and clear. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout however binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is darkened. Moderate tanning to spine. Heavily sunned boards.
