(Originally published, 1928) Narrow, sturdy book, gray cloth spine, green boards with embossed drawing of man and woman dancing on front, black lettering very fine on spine, purplish red color inside covers and adjacent end papers, 111 heavy stiff glossy pages plus a final illustration of a burnt-out candle illustrated. DJ light green front shows a dancing couple and red zig-zag design on front, a nude woman on bed at top back, glossy dark green spine, praise on back from William Burroughs, Carol Ann Duffy in Sunday Times.DJ has very light crease along top front and top back. Near Very Fine DJ/Very Fine book.
