Milne on the half-title page and inscribed "And if you lose it, Davy Boyd, the author will be much annoyed. A. A. Milne. Nov: 1931." Bound in publisher's green cloth decorated in gilt; lacking the dust jacket. Very Good with cloth lightly edge worn, gilt moderately rubbed on front cover and completely rubbed on the spine. Wrinkle to cloth on rear cover. Pages toned, one corner creased, and several pages lightly marked. A nice copy of the children's classic, inscribed by the author.
