A detailed study on the history of women in freemasonry, with chapters on the Egyptian masonry, adoptive masonry, the ritual of masonry for women, female freemasons of the past, as well as modern female freemasonry. Includes a letter from the Grand Mistress of the Female Freemasons to George Faulkner, printer. Written by Dudley Wright, an English writer, historian, occultist, Mason, and scholar of Islam. In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, smart with light shelf wear to the extremities. Fading to the spine and marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light scattered spotting and the odd handling mark. Light age toning to the endpapers. Good
