Carlton & Porter. Very Good+ with No dust jacket as issued. 1866. First Edition. Hardcover. Burgundy cloth covered boards with gilt spinal titles. Spine faded to tan. Bevelled edges to boards, all showing light shelf and edge wear. Red dyed page edges. PON in contemporary fountain pen on brown ffep, and sfep with some tranfer to title page. A clean tight well cared for copy. .
