[no date] Probably circa 1847-1850, based on publisher history. xxi, [3], 550 pp. Text clean and unmarked except for usual library treatments. Page xxi and ff chipped at margins. Brown cloth boards with blindstamped decoration front and back, spine lettered in gilt. Boards slightly scuffed, corners worn to boards, top corners bumped, lower edges rubbed and worn to boards, spine top frayed and chipped. Front hinge starting to crack, back hinge good, binding overall stable. This is volume 9 of 10, including Franklin's correspondence 1775-1785.
