"I have used Linda Cowgill's book, Writing Short Films, for a three-hundred level course, which I have taught at the University of Arizona, for over four years. It continues to be an excellent basic text for my students even though I have read many of the other books on the market. Linda defines all the important tools of a writer and their uses within the craft. She uses many short films in the book to exemplify her points directly and easily. The short films are excellent references and are accessible for showing--which is a perfect visual teaching tool. Even though the title is for short scriptwriting, she talks about full length films in comparison and, of course, all of these elements and tools are equally important for the full length form. Book is in very good condition with moderate edge wear. Front cover has creasing to both corners, lower corner has two hard creases and first dozen pages also turned up. A name is written on the inside of the front cover. Pages are clean and binding is tight.

Home-based, online sales only. I am running out of space to keep my collection of books, but I cannot bypass any chance offered at searching out some interesting venue offering books. I dithered for quite some time over this problem, and went right on buying books, until it occurred to me that I could make room for new purchases if I started selling some of my books. Terms of Sale:

Payment accepted by Check (in USD), Money Order, Paypal or the Credit Cards that are accepted through Biblio. If paying by Check, your order will ship after the check clears. Pennsylvania residents will be charged applicable sales tax. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item, with prior notification, for a refund of the book price. I endeavor to accurately describe each book and note major defects, but if an item is found not to be as described, and the error is mine, I will pay postage costs. If your book order is heavy and/or over-sized, I may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
