About This Item

Sam Wyly is a Dallas millionaire (maybe billionaire). This is his self published book about his immigrant family. Part memoir and part American history. The book is in fine condition. It is leather bound with gilt edges and a silk ribbon bookmark attached. This book was issued without a dust jacket. Laid in is a letter, signed by Sam Wyly, on his letterhead, gifting the book. I got this from the estate of an important local banker.

About mark mcdonald

Book collector for over 30 years. I'm retired and ready to sell. I buy almost exclusively from estate sales and since I've lived in Dallas my whole life, I know the people and where to go. I am a low volume collector and seller and deal in higher quality books. I have a lot of signed and inscribed books. These signatures have not been officially authenticated, but I am confident in their authenticity so I will guarantee them in perpetuity if it can be reasonably demonstrated that the signature is incorrect. .
