Publishers' olive green cloth with gilt titles to spine and upper board, and club crest blocked in red, black and gilt to upper board. Covers soiled and scuffed, with toned spine and dull gilt. Endpapers lightly toned with tidy ownership inscription to ffep, marked N.Y.C. for Northumberland Yacht Club and dated 1909; thumb print to title page otherwise contents clean. Very Good contents in Good binding. Navigational guide to the North East Coast, intended for those with small craft and published partly to encourage southern yachtsmen to venture northward to experience the delights of the sea bird colonies and rugged countryside of the less crowded harbours. Rare, COPAC locates no institutional copies.
