New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1938. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Octavo, 428 pages. In Very Good condition with Very Good dust jacket. Spine yellow with black titling. Dust jacket protected with a mylar covering; price uncut: "$2.50." Minor chipping to corners and to head and tail of spine. Fold and open tear along front flap next to price. Slight discoloration to hinges. First Edition, First Printing, with Scribner's "A" and publisher's logo. MS Consignment. Shelved in Case 6. The Yearling won the 1939 Pulitzer Prize for the Novel and was the inspiration of the 1946 film. 1360908. Shelved Dupont Bookstore.
