Two articles from the Staten Island Advance (newspaper, dated 1993 and 1999) laid-in, along with a typed signed (first name) letter from the executive director of the Staten Island YMCA on their letterhead to the recipient of this book. First edition. No previous ownership marks. A clean, tight, fresh and unmarked copy. Fine in a fine dust-jacket. Scarce thus. .
