Description:
New York: TVRT Press, 1975. Softcover. Very Good. First one volume edition, preceded by an edition issued in six parts. Octavo. 91pp. Photographically illustrated wrappers. Very good with creasing to and along the spine, some toning and a touch of wear at the corners. Advance Review Copy with two-page publisher's slip laid in, along with a letter from the poet and Manroot Books founder Paul Mariah, explaining this copy was sent upon request from Acker, who suggested Mariah would be interested in writing a review. An interesting association.

Overall near fine with some light spine toning, a bit of light edgewear and a small indentation and some discoloration on rear wrap of Part #5. The first of Acker's three six-volume novels (preceded only by her poetry collection *Politics*) written in parts and issued separately, in very limited numbers and consequently very difficult to find complete and in original form. A wonderful copy.
